Donations Refund Policy

If a situation arises where you dispute a debit to your account, please contact our finance office or ring (03) 9712 2777 as soon as possible. The matter will be investigated immediately and, if there is an error relating to the debit, it will be corrected.
If we are unable to pass your donation on to the intended recipient, we will contact you to ask whether you wish the funds to be directed to another recipient or refunded to you.
