N & SA are from Sydney where N studied at Sydney Missionary and Bible College and worked with MentAC, a cross-cultural ministry apprenticeship under CMS Australia. Before that, N completed an honours degree in Ancient Greek and then worked in a call centre. SA works in a federal government department, the Fair Work Ombudsman, utilising her background in Commerce. She has worked there for over nine years in various roles including as a Policy Advisor, Research Officer and an Inspector.
N completed the year-long SILA course in 2015 and SA completed Summer School in 2016. With their two daughters, Abigail (3) and Elizabeth (1), they hope to work in Language Assessment and Administration in South-East Asia.
